We’ve split the office into a variety of flexible work zones, so you aren’t glued to your desk. And don’t worry, there’s no cubicles or fluorescent lighting. Coming into the office allows us to collaborate, but if you want to work from a coffee shop, the park, or from home some days, that’s cool too.
If the company does well, so do you. Wunder shares 10% of its annual profits with employees after working with us for 2 years.
We have a flexible health coverage plan so you can pick and choose the things that matter to you, and if you have a family they’ll be covered too.
Things happen, and sometimes you get a flat tire or your kid has a soccer tournament. Feel free to adjust your work hours to fit your schedule.
We don’t keep track of sick days. If you’re feeling under the weather or need a day for your mental health, take the time you need to feel better.
We created our own holiday, July 7th is officially Wunder Day and everyone gets the day off. We just ask that you post a photo of what you get up to.
You also get one day annually to volunteer for a local charity or non-profit of your choice to help make the community a better place.
We don’t have ping pong tables or a beer cart on Fridays. The work we do is rewarding and we try to keep it that way. But if you do ever feel stuck on a project or need to change gears, take some time to tinker, build, and create something cool.
We don’t tend to ever do things the same old way. We hope you’ll push yourself to learn new things every day and do things you’ve never done.
Nobody on our team is an expert at everything. If there’s something you don’t know, put in the work to find the answer you need to push forward.
Don’t take the path of least resistance. Do the thing with a million unknowns, the thing that troubles your sleep, that’s the thing you should do.
It can be tempting to just do what a client wants, or what you like best, but that’s not beneficial to anyone. Make things their customers will appreciate.
Work takes up a large portion of your life, so we believe it’s important to do something that you love. Of course we all have other reasons to work, whether to pay bills, support a family, or travel, and we don’t take that lightly. It’s the main reason we always push to do the best work we can do.
As an Art Director at Wunder, you’ll have the opportunity to do some of the best work of your career.
