To reassure homeowners that it’s still a good time to list, we worked with Domus Realty to turn standard 200 square feet billboards (10’ x 20’) into physical installations that show how much even a single room in your house could be worth. Using recent MLS® Data we determined the average price per square foot for the various neighbourhoods in the HRM and put up unique billboards in each location.
